I'm afraid that this is another example of wonderful showcase visual journalism from his team

I think i'm write is thinking the poster graphic shows the entire history of every building on the "Great Way" – the ornate and upmarket shopping street in Spain's capital city

Designed in the mid 19th century to connect the Calle de Alcalá with the Plaza de España, the project required many buildings in the city to be demolished, earning it the name of "an axe blow on the map"

Rubio's brutally direct examples covered the Falklands War from April to May 1982

The work is very graphic, and remind me of the great infographics that were produced by the Sunday Times in the 1980's and 1990's under the direction of Peter Sullivan and Gary Cook

Fantastic work from El Mundo in Spain

This graphic looks lively, fun and extremely inviting

Reading graphics like this is like having money dropping out of the newspaper when you turn the page. This is the value of true infography

I like the 'chocolate' value

There are little nuggets of sweetness placed around, like treats for a child

Maybe the main image could have worked harder

For example with el Mundo's online coverage (click on the title above), we can see the the air flow runs through the car, making the photo dynamic.

Maybe this would have added complication to the infographic

The typography is consistent, which works well within the design of 'deportes'
